Getting started
Geartracker is a tool to track your gear inspections and maintenances. Geartracker is build for large 20000 items collections, and is designed to be fast and easy to use. It also works for smaller collections, and is a great tool to keep track of your gear.
Test it for free
Section titled “Test it for free”You can start by creating an account on the Geartracker website. It is free for life for up to 100 items, and you can upgrade to a paid plan if you need more items.
We strongly recommand that you test before you buy, to make sure that Geartracker is the right tool for you with a few items.

Import your data
Section titled “Import your data”You have two options to import your data in Geartracker:

Organize a general inventory of your gear, and import it in one by one in Geartracker. This is the best option if you have a small collection, or if you want to start fresh with a new safe inventory. You can also take this opportunity to add a NFC tag to each item, and scan them with the Geartracker mobile app.

Import your data from a spreadsheet. This is the best option if you have a large collection, and you already have an inventory of your gear in a spreadsheet. Import the Excel file directly in the app at https://app.geartracker.net/import-export. We support CSV, XLSX and ODS files. You can also use our import template to make sure that your data is in the right format.
